What's the difference between static and video content?

Static content includes still visuals like photos, graphics, or text posts. Video content, on the other hand, uses motion (with B-roll, talking-heads, animations, etc.) to tell a deeper story and boost retention. Videos generally drive higher engagement and watch time because they allow for more storytelling and emotional connection.

Do I get help with scripting or brainstorming content?

Absolutely. Every client gets support with ideation, storytelling structure, scripting, and hook creation. We follow MAD's layered hook formula—so your videos are always built to stop the scroll and deliver impact fast.

Is the service tailored to each platform (e.g., YouTube thumbnails vs. IG Reels)?

No. Content is designed to be cross-platform and repurposed across different channels. We focus on universal hooks, aspect ratios, and formats that work well on multiple platforms like IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, so you can stay consistent without needing a custom version for each one.

Will someone respond to DMs or comments on my behalf?

We don’t manage DMs, but we do engage in the comments. That means liking, replying, and interacting with your community in a way that keeps the conversation going. We also follow relevant accounts to help grow your reach and visibility.

Is the shoot time in-person or remote? Do you bring a crew? Can I submit footage?

All options are available.

How long does it take to get content back after a shoot?

You’ll typically receive your first round of edits within 7–10 days after the shoot. We move fast but thoughtfully to ensure the content aligns with your strategy and brand voice. That said, actual posting starts in Month 2. Month 1 is all about laying the groundwork: onboarding, scripting, planning, and capturing high-quality footage. This prep ensures Month 2 kicks off with a steady flow of content ready to go live.
