If you can cut, caption, and spice up raw footage with music, animations, and trending hooks — you'll fit right in. Move fast, hit deadlines, get paid.

The Pay Structure.

• Contract or Part-Time — paid per video. Move fast = more pay.
• $25 per edit for short-form trends and talking-head clips.
• Most edits are short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Higher-end work (longer pieces) is paid hourly — we currently have a project for this.
• Flexible hours — edit on your time as long as deadlines are hit.
• Paid via PayPal or e-transfer, like clockwork.

What You'll Do.

• Edit and optimize — transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready content (vertical videos, captions, trending audio)
• Collaborate — work closely with our content team to bring creative ideas to life
• Stay trendy — know what's hot on TikTok and Instagram, keep content feeling fresh
• Batch and crush — manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, stay organized under high volume

What You Bring.

• Based in Canada
• A portfolio of short-form social videos
• Speed without sacrificing quality
• Fluency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and an eye for what makes content pop

What You Won't Have to Do.

• Pitch or sell to clients
• Handle comms or feedback loops solo
• Find assets, book calls, or manage timelines
