The Gig.

You'll run client accounts end-to-end — strategy, shoots, posts, community — backed by an in-house ops team that handles everything outside the craft. Top performers go full-time, fast.

Who This Is For.

  • You're a skilled content creator or editor who wants consistent, meaningful work without chasing down clients.
  • You're not fully booked yet, but you're hungry for reps, results, and long-term relationships.
  • You love content but hate project management, sales calls, and pitching.
  • You're Canadian-based and want to grow into a full-time role if you absolutely kill it.
  • Whether you're a contractor (freelancer) or want to be an employee, both are welcome.

What You'll Do.

  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp
  • Run client meetings
  • Create shot lists, strategy docs, and social media planners
  • Direct content shoots
  • Handle graphic design
  • Schedule and post across multiple accounts
  • Brief and request edits from our editor team
  • Engage and build communities online
  • Execute social strategies that bring measurable results

What You Bring.

  • Experience managing 5+ accounts with proven results
  • Content shoot experience — you know how to direct content days
  • Sharp communication skills
  • An eye for data-driven decisions
  • An understanding of how psychology drives video performance
  • Thick skin and a fast-learning mindset
  • A genuine love for social — this isn't just "a job" for you

What You Won't Have to Do.

  • Find your own clients
  • Manage backend ops, scheduling, or invoicing
  • Sit through pitch calls or chase new business

What we handle for you: Clients are handed over with no acquisition required. You get editing and comms support from in-house ops, proven content systems to follow (no guesswork), and a clear path to a bigger role as we scale.
