Challenges

Ry’s and Shine had great customer feedback, but lead flow was inconsistent.

Growth relied heavily on referrals and word-of-mouth.

They needed a system that could create steady local demand, bring in qualified cleaning leads, and support long-term growth.

Approach

We launched a structured Meta Ads strategy built around a high-converting local offer.

The campaign started in March with a 30% introductory discount to create urgency, validate demand, and generate new inquiries quickly.

Once the offer proved strong, we transitioned it to 20% to improve lead intent while still keeping volume consistent.

Over 10 months, the campaign focused on localized targeting, creative rotation, offer testing, geographic precision, and ongoing performance optimization.

ASMR-style cleaning videos and service-driven visuals helped maintain engagement and reduce ad fatigue.

When off-radius leads started coming in, the campaign was reset with tighter geographic targeting to protect lead quality and keep the budget focused on the right service areas.
